| Ongoing Adult Faith Formation Saint Joseph Parish hosts several Bible Study sessions and a Mission each year. For specific information, please see the Weekly Bulletin. Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) This program of instruction allows adults who are not Catholic, but have an interest in Catholicism, to inquire and learn more about the faith. Adult Catholics who have been baptized, but may not have received First Eucharist, Penance, or Confirmation, are also invited to inquire. RCIA candidates have the opportunity to ask questions about the Church, and hear the message of Jesus Christ and how that message is lived out in the Catholic Church. Each candidate is paired with a sponsor who serves as a spiritual companion and offers support and encouragement.
